These Terms apply to your use of the Website and to every order you place with us. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here. The version that is on the Website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and current information when you order or create an account, and to keep your account password secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, try to access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
We sell pet food, accessories and related supplies. We do our best to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately, but screens differ and packaging or labels may change between batches, so what you receive can look slightly different from the pictures. Product information on the Website is general information only. It is not veterinary advice. If your pet has a health condition, allergy or special dietary need, please speak to a veterinarian before you change its food or routine.
We do not sell live animals through the Website.
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you confirm payment. An order is only accepted when we confirm it to you and the payment is successful. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If that happens after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only do this before your order has been packed or handed to the courier.
We accept FPX online banking, credit and debit cards, and e-wallets. We only accept payment in MYR. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment gateway, and we do not store your full card details or banking credentials. By paying, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may hold or cancel the order.
We deliver across Malaysia. You can also choose to collect your order from our showroom where the Website offers that option. Delivery details, timings and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains when you can return an item, how refunds work and how to claim warranty on electronic products. Please read it before you buy.
Promotions, discounts and vouchers are subject to the conditions shown with each offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or used after they expire. We may change or end a promotion at any time, and may cancel orders that abuse a promotion.
Everything on the Website, including text, photos, graphics, logos, brand names, product descriptions and layout, belongs to Pets Forest or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
If you post a review, comment or other content on the Website or send us feedback, you confirm it is your own, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You allow us to use, display and edit that content, free of charge, for running and promoting our business. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.
If you agree to receive news, product updates or promotions from us by email, WhatsApp or other channels, we will send them to the contact details you gave us. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in the message or contacting us.
The Website may link to websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and you use them at your own risk.
We take care to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free from errors, delays or interruptions. We may correct mistakes in prices, descriptions or stock information at any time, including after an order has been placed. In that case we will contact you and you may choose to continue with the corrected details or cancel and be refunded.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pets Forest is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other laws that cannot be excluded.
You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or reasonable legal cost that we suffer because you broke these Terms or misused the Website.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, floods, strikes, courier or network disruption, government action, epidemics or power failure.
We may suspend or close your account, or block access to the Website, if you break these Terms or misuse the Website. You may stop using the Website, or ask us to close your account, at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.
